Shipping and Cold Process Curing Information:

Our cold process soaps require a curing period of 4–6 weeks to achieve optimal hardness, longevity, and performance. Please review the listed cure date for each bar before placing your order.

To ensure your soap arrives safely, bars may be shipped once they are firm enough to withstand transit. However, they may still require additional curing time upon arrival. Each bar will include its recommended cure date, and we encourage you to allow it to fully cure before use for the best experience.

Returns and Exchanges:

For the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products, all sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our soaps and personal care items, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

If there is an issue with your order due to a product defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or discount when appropriate.
